- Meine fliegerische Karriere begann 1983 mit dem Fallschirmspringen. Als ich mir beim 49. Sprung den Knöchel brach, habe ich das Ballonfahren begonnen. / My flying career begun in 1983, after jump #49 my ankle broke so I learned ballooning.
