Section III - Rules, 1.4 Documentation
The following documents will be inspected when each competitor registers on arrival at the event:
- pilot license
- pilot log book
- balloon log book
- certificate of airworthiness
- certificate of registration
- certificate of insurance
- FAI sporting license
- passport or identity document
Note:
A copy or scan of your documents may be taken to allow for random checks of the authorities.
Section I - Event details, I.13 Insurance details
Each balloon shall be insured against all claims by third parties to a minimum as specified in the EU directives.
