Invitation Process [Event Officials]

Event officials for many functions have received their personal invitation during February.

We are pleased that so many experienced pilots and sportsmen / sportwomen are ready to contribute to a successful European Championship. A big "Thank you!" to all of you!

1. Inviting the Officials

The Event Director / Deputy Event Director have already identified most of the functions/names within their team. These will receive - via email - some further information as well as a personal invitation.

You are kindly asked to return the "Officials entry form" as soon as possible to the organizers. For ease of handling, an "entry-form-table" will be implemented on these pages very shortly. For those Officials who already returned their form via fax/ mail until Feb 28, 2007.

2. Confirmation of participation:

As soon as we received your "entry form", the Event Director will confirm your participation.

All further details (arriving, departing, accomodation etc) will then be communicated directly between the Organizer (Stratos Ballooning, see Imprint) and the Official.

3. Additional Volunteers:

People who have not received their personal invitation by the Event Director, are kindly invited to submit their interest to the organizers. Please use the "contact us - form".

We cannot promise you anything at this point of time, but we would be sad to miss enthusiastic volunteers in case we need you! Please accept that places are limited depending on the demand.
